Military homecomings are always so special and emotional and having those moments photographed can be great memories to look back on for a lifetime. 

Military Homecomings are such an adrenaline rush. It’s a moment you’ve been waiting for for months and can’t describe the feeling unless you’ve been through it. So so special. The emotions are so raw and real; capturing military homecomings always makes me emotional. It is so special to be a part of military homecomings and these are some moments I will never forget.

Alyssa & Jon’s Homecoming

Alyssa and Jon are friends of mine. It made it such a special moment to be able to capture this homecoming for them after 4 months apart. Being away from your spouse for this long comes with its challenges, but that moment when you get to see each other for the first time makes you forget it all. 

I am also a military spouse. Alyssa and I we were able to capture each others homecomings since they were coming home on different days. An ETA on when they are coming home changes literally by the hour and day. It’s been so nice having a friend on standby for each other for their arrivals whether it be 10am or middle of the night. You create such a special relationship with other military spouses/families when you go through the same experiences together. Jon’s homecoming was so sweet and I am so happy to see them reunited again. I am so grateful to be apart of such a special moment!
